PKK participates in the PPP project to create six children's educational institutions in several towns around the district - Salekhard, Novy Urengoy, Muravlenko, Tazovsky and the village of Gorki.
The project is being implemented via private partner’s own resources and borrowed funds, which will be repaid by the customer within 5 years after the completion of the construction. The terms of the PPP agreement also include the technical operation of the constructed facilities for the entire repayment period. In total, 1,540 new places for kindergarten children and pupils will be created in the district when the project is complete. The kindergartens in Novy Urengoy, Muravlenko and the village of Gorki have already been commissioned. The construction of the remaining three facilities will be completed by the end of this year.
According to the experts of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and PPP Development Centre, this project is among the best practices of PPP in the social sphere.
